The petitioners have filed this petition as usual seeking protection of their lief and restraining the respondents from causing any harassment or interference in their married life.
In connection with the alleged marriage of the petitioners, a first information report being Case Crime No. 217 of 2021 under Sections 363/366 IPC, P.S. Etmaddaula, District Agra has been lodged with the police authorities and the matter is under investigation.
In view of the above, since the matter is under investigation of the police authorities, the matter requires no interference by this Court in exercise of writ jurisdiction.
The present petition is accordingly dismissed.
