Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A and perused the record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner issuing a writ order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus to direct the opposite party nos. 4 and 5 to produce the detenue Kamal Verma before this Court as she is illegally detained by them.
In view of the above, petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) within a period of two weeks from today towards expenses of the opposite parties which shall be paid by the Senior Registrar of this Court to them on the date they appear before this Court.
Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite parties no. 1 to 3.
Issue notice to opposite party nos. 4 and 5 namely Sri Ram Prasad and Sri Laxmikant to produce the detenue Komal Verma before this Court on 10.3.2016. In case aforementioned expenses are not deposited then the notice shall not be issued to the opposite parties.
