Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant for expeditious disposal of the proceedings of Case No. 1303 of 2020 (Komal Vs. Saral) under Section 125 Cr.P.C.pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is the legally wedded wife of the opposite party no.2 and she has been deserted by the opposite party no.2. It is further submitted that applicant has no source of income and is unable to maintain herself, therefore she filed an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur, which is pending since 05.09.2020.
Without commenting on merits of the case, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed off with the direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to conclude and decide the proceedings of Case No. 1303 of 2020 (Komal Vs. Saral) under Section 125 Cr.P.C. as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, unless there is no legal impediment.
