It is pointed out by Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, State Law Officer that affidavit of petitioners is not in proper format inasmuch from the perusal of affidavit, it appears that both the petitioners have not signed the affidavit.
In view of the aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press the writ petition and prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
