ORDER:
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. None appeared for the respondent.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging ‘e’ procurement short tender notice in Roc.No.610/2007-E1, dated 05.06.2008 insofar as it relates to Work No.2, which relates to providing of Computer Operators on contract basis and the said work was reserved for Labour Contract Cooperative Societies.
This Court granted interim stay on 17.06.2008 and the same is being continued for the last six years.
Though this Court granted interim stay of providing computer operations, it is not known as to why the respondent has not filed Stay Vacate Petition till today seeking vacation of the interim order. Be that as it may, in view of long lapse of time, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the respondent to hire services of the Computer Operators, if necessary, in accordance with law.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
