Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner-club alleges interference of the respondents in its lawful activities including playing of card game of rummy (13 cards game). Hence the writ petition.
Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the members of petitioner-club were earlier convicted and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.300/- each by the 1st Spl. Judicial Second Class Magistrate, Rajahmundry in C.C.No. 87 of 2014 for committing an offence under Section 4 of the A.P. Gaming Act. Regarding the allegations of the petitioner about the interference of the respondents in the activities of club, he submits that earlier this Court passed orders in W.P. No. 6540 of 2014, dated 6.3.2014 and W.P.No. 8782 of 2011 and batch, dated 29.9.2011 and it is stated that so long as the provisions of the A.P. Gaming Act are not violated, there will be no interference and the respondents would abide by the directions given in W.P.No. 6540 of 2014.
In view of that, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the directions given in W.P.No. 6540 of 2014, dated 6.3.2014. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
