THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.12065 of 2009 Between:
Kollam Ratnam PETITIONER AND 1. The Deputy Director of Fisheries and Ex. Officio Joint Registrar of Fishermen Co-op. Societies, Kakinada, East Godavari District, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
In view of the letter dated 18.07.2014 filed by Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
