RESPONDENT ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-University.
This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction on the part of the respondent in not considering the representation dated 08.06.2007, as illegal and arbitrary.
In the said representation, the petitioner sought permission to write third year LL.B., degree examination.
The respondents filed counter affidavit stating that the time frame for LL.B., (3 year degree course) course is double the duration of the course i.e., 6 years. As the six years period is now completed, the petitioner is not entitled to seek re-admission into the Law Course or write the examination.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are no instructions from the petitioner.
In view of long lapse of time, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
