JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application has been filed by the applicants for restoration of main matter being First Appeal No.4058 of 2008, which is dismissed for default vide order dated 07.03.2012.
In view of the facts and circumstances, the present application is allowed. The prayer in terms of paragraph No.10(A) is granted. The main matter being First Appeal No.4058 of 2008 is ordered to be restored on file. Process fees to be paid by 13th April 2012.
