1. RULE.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant to restore Civil Application No.5535/2012 in Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 117/2012, which came to be dismissed for non-prosecution for non-removal of the office objections within the stipulated time granted by this Court.
2. Shri Hardik Shah, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant has stated at the bar that the office objections shall be removed on or before 20/07/2012.
3. Under the circumstances, the present application is allowed and Civil Application No. 5535/2012 in Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 117/2012 is hereby restored to file and time to remove the office objections is extended up to 20/07/2012, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution automatically. Rule is made absolute.
