Mamta Vyas, learned advocate for the applicants seek permission to withdraw both the application as heirs and legal representatives of original appellant nos. 2 and 4 propose to submit appropriate application for condonation of delay as well as permitting them to be brought on record as heirs and legal representatives of original appellant nos. 2 and 4 and to set aside the abatement. Permission is accordingly granted. Both the applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
