JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. In group of petitions, the petitioner has made averments and taken contentions that the Committee, which scrutinized status of the petitioner was not duly affirmed as per the guidelines and directions issued by the Apex Court in the case of Kumari Madhuri Patil and another Vs. Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development and others reported in AIR 1995 Supreme Court 94(1) and hence the decision of the Committee was vitiated.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader indicated from her record that the Committee was duly constituted, however, in the reply affidavit, this aspect has not been articulated. Hence at the request of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the matter is adjourned to enable the learned Assistant Government Pleader and the State to file additional affidavit, if any, placing on record the new compliance with the directions in this behalf issued by the Apex Court.
3. At the request of learned Assistant Government Pleader, S.O. to 03.05.2012.
4. The amendment is granted in Special Civil Application No.3055 of 2012.
5. Office is directed to place a copy of this order in each petition.
