JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore while granting anticipatory bail in their favour.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have sustained injuries in their knee and therefore, they were immobilized. As the petitioners were taking treatment for the injuries, they could not appear before the respondent police and comply with the conditions imposed on them.
3. I am of the view since the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners, they shall file an application before the same Court seeking modification of the conditions imposed on them supported by documentary evidence to show their ailment for consideration by the learned Principal Sessions Judge. If such application is filed with documentary proof, learned Principal Sessions Judge shall consider the same and pass orders on merits.
4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
