The petitioner has approached the Revenue Officials to correct the survey measurement. Petitioner is the owner of 43 Ares of land comprised in R.S. No. 115/3 in Block No. 17 of Mulakkuzha Village. It is further submitted that this was originally belonged to his grandfather. He obtained the property under a partition deed No.2510/1985 of Chengannur SRO. It is further submitted that there is minor error in describing the extent of the property. Petitioner has submitted Ext. P8 before the revenue officials detailing the facts and circumstances warranting correction of survey measurements.

2. Considering the pendency of Ext. P8, the 4th respondent, the Asst. Director of Survey and Land Records, Chengannoor shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within three months from today.
3. The petitioner further submits that he had made a representation by Ext. P10 beore the Revenue Officials seeking permission to mend the gap on the wall along the existing line of boundary on provisional basis subject to the final determination of boundary disputes. Petitioner submits that he has to leave abroad and in order to protect the property, it is necessary to mend the gap on the wall.
4. Considering the nature of relief sought for, necessary permission shall be given by the Tahsildar, the 4th respondent, based on Ext. P1, after making it sure that it will not affect the right of the 3rd party. However, this will be subject to final determination of the boundary of the property pursuant to Ext. P8. The 4th respondent shall consider Ext. P10 application and pass WP(C).No.27325 2014 3 appropriate orders within 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
