JUDGMENT / ORDER

Manjula Chellur, C.J.
After obtaining interim order, petitioner was directed to sent notice to party respondents. No process is received subsequent to interim order dated 11.04.2014 so far in respect of R2, R3, R4, R6, R7 and R10. In the light of above situation, interim order dated 11.04.2014 is vacated and writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
