The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Venkat Reddy Kodumury, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor on behalf of respondent-State, the Court made the following ORDER:-
“The petitioner is the sole accused. He allegedly committed offences under Sections 354, 506 and 323 IPC. He has been in jail since 23.4.2014. Charge sheet had already been filed. I, therefore, consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner is enlarged on bail on a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tandur.”
