The grievance arises under the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977. The petitioner assails the proceedings dated 10.08.2009 of 2nd respondent. Admittedly, this is an appealable order under the provisions of Act 9 of 1977.
The learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to order dated 27.04.2010 in W.P.Nos.17036 and 25596 of 2009 to contend that this Court permitted the petitioners therein to pursue the remedy of appeal.
Having regard to the limited submission made, the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer within four weeks from today and if such an appeal is presented within the time granted by this Court, the Revenue Divisional Officer shall entertain the same without reference to delay and dispose it of on merits.
The interim order granted on 02.09.2009 shall be in force for a period of two months from today and the petitioner is given liberty to obtain further orders in the appeal that is being presented.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
