JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Amit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
In substance, the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non-disposal of case no. 460 (Koila Vs. Ram Ujagir) pending before respondent no. 1.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 1 to decide the case no. 460 (Koila Vs. Ram Ujagir) expeditiously in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned, if possible, within a period of ten months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order of this Court.
