The limited prayer in this original petition when the matter was taken up for hearing today is relating to the C.M.A No.109/14 pending before the District Court, Thrissur which is to come up for admission on 25.11.2014. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that till then, the interim order passed by that court may be kept in abeyance. There may also be a direction to the court below to take up the matter as early as possible.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent pointed out that the matter is very urgent.
This original petition is disposed of directing the District Court, Thrissur to take up C.M.A No.109/14 for hearing on 25.11.2014 itself, or at least if possible to pass an order in the Interlocutory Application filed along with the C.M.A. on the same day. Till then, the interim order passed by this court will be in force.
