When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.11.2014, none appeared for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed for today. Even to day also, none appeared for the petitioner nor is representation made on her behalf. In the circumstances, this Court has left with no alternative except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
