Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel.
This petition impugns the orders passed by the trial Judge refusing injunction and which has been affirmed by the Court in appeal.
The trial Judge while refusing injunction has taken into consideration the fact that the land in question is a part of a duly notified reserved forest and that the petitioners have been unable to lead any substantive evidence against the same. The view taken by the trial Judge has been affirmed by the Appellate Court.
Bearing in mind the aforesaid fact, this Court finds no palpable error in the orders impugned which would merit interference.
The petition is dismissed.
