Petitioner is concerned with the opening of a branch by the second respondent within the area of operation of the petitioner. Learned Special Government Pleader for Co-operation submits that the petitioner has absolutely no cause of action since, no application as such has been filed before the Joint Registrar. In any circumstance, if the second respondent files an application, necessarily, the petitioner shall be heard.

Writ petition is disposed of leaving open the contentions of both the parties.
