2. I direct the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Payyannur to consider I.A. No. 323/2012 in A.S. No. 12/2012 on its file expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders thereon within a period of one month from the date of production of this judgment.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
