The limited prayer in this petition is for a direction to the court below to consider and dispose of Ext.P3, E.A. 155 of 2014 in E.P.35 of 2011 in O.S. 92 of 2006, within a time limit stipulated by this Court.
2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that they have filed a petition under Order 21 Rule 97 of the Code of Civil Procedure and prayed that that petition may be directed to be disposed before further proceedings are taken in execution petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have filed a petition seeking a direction to the Village Officer to produce certain documents to show that the petitioner has no property in the Village. Whether the petitioner has any property in the village is a matter to be O.P.(C)2466/2014.
. 2 decided while considering the application filed under Order 21 Rule 97 C.P.C. There can be no grievance for the respondents in this Court issuing a direction to the court concerned to consider the petition filed by the petitioner before the court below and dispose of it on merits.
In the result, this Original Petition is allowed and the Sub Court, Kattappana is directed to consider E.A. 155 of 2014 in E.P.35 of 2011 in O.S. 92 of 2006 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till such time, delivery proceedings shall be kept in abeyance.
