Petitioner has submitted Ext.P5 application dated 15/05/2014 before the 1st respondent seeking for conversion of land in terms of Clause 6 of the Kerala Land Utilisation Order, 1967. The extent of land involved is 50 cents in Re- survey No.69/9 of Block 11 of Kuttoor Village.
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that as per the data bank particulars, a portion of the said property is shown as ‘nilam’ in the data bank entry prepared by the Local Level Monitoring Committee as exhibited in Ext.P4.
3. In the said circumstances, 1st respondent has the jurisdiction only to consider that portion of the property which does not come under Ext.P4. In the said circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of as under:
W.P.C.No.13506/2014 2 1st respondent shall consider Ext.P5 and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
