The petitioner has approached the Revenue Divisional Officer in terms of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. The petitioner approached this Court for an early disposal of her complaint by the Revenue Divisional Officer. Ext.P1 is the complaint. If Ext.P1 complaint is still pending before the first respondent, there shall be a direction to the said respondent to dispose of the same within a period of two months after hearing the petitioner and the opposite parties in the complaint.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
