This petition is directed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.782 of 2014 dated 29.01.2014, which required the respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report along with annexures to the petitioner.
2. Heard learned counsel for respondent and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
3. Today, a copy of the closure report along with annexures has been given to learned counsel for petitioner. Though there is some delay in complying the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order. Accordingly, the petition shall stand closed.
