JUDGMENT / ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to restore the electricity supply in Service No.107-023-385 at Door No.110, Audiappa Naicken Street, Chennai  79, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on receipt of the electricity consumption charges, the service connection has been restored and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. The said submission is recorded.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
