Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader.
2. Petitioner alleged police harassment and prays for a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and other residents in the flat complex.
3. The learned Government Pleader submits that complaint was received against the petitioner regarding his indecent behaviour with regard to which he was called to the police station. It is submitted that there is no harassment at the W.P. (C ) No. 11058 of 2014 2 instance of the police. In view of the above statement, we see no reason to issue any direction as prayed for. Police authorities may take appropriate action in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure.
With the above observation, this Writ Petition is closed.
