JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner applied for educational loan. By Ext.P11, the petitioner has been directed to produce certain documents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had approached the Bank with the documents and the Bank did not consider the documents produced by the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner has approached this Court.
2. A counter affidavit has been filed. It is stated in the counter affidavit that the petitioner has not approached the Bank and therefore the Bank could not consider the application.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner or any authorised representative shall appear before the respondent Bank on 3.12.2014 with documents referred in Ext.P11. Thereafter, based on the documents produced by the petitioner, necessary decision shall be taken within a further period of ten days with regard to the disbursal of loan amount.
