JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner seeks quash of proceedings in Crime No.409 of 2013 on the file of first respondent.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] for first respondent and learned counsel for second respondent.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that charge sheet has been filed in Crime No.409 of 2013 on the file of first respondent, quash of which is sought and hence, this petition becomes infructuous. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
Recording the said endorsement, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
