Petitioner's only contention is that Ext.P3 representation submitted by him has not been considered so far. The objection is with respect to the timings of the third respondent and additional fourth respondent. Learned counsel for the additional fourth respondent submits that objections were considered and rejected. In any event, if the matter is still pending, necessarily the petitioner's objections will be considered before final orders are passed, with notice to third respondent and additional fourth respondent.

Writ petition is disposed off.
