JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
3. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the subject mentioned property and as such, he has applied for patta before the authorities. In this regard, one Alagammal, has made objections before the second respondent, which constrained the parties to prefer a civil suit. It is the specific contention of the petitioner that despite the suit came to be decreed in his favour, the authorities have not considered his representation for patta and aggrieved over the same, he is before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the authority concerned is inclined to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, on merits, within a stipulated time limit.
5. Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the other interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
