The petitioner approached this Court seeking direction to the respondents to issue genuineness certificate of the property claimed by the petitioner under Ext.P1. 2. In view of the facts and circumstances, I am of the view that, after verifying Ext.P1 patta if it is found that it has been properly issued, the first respondent shall issue necessary genuineness certificate to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
