According to Counsel for the petitioners', the opposite party no.6,namely, Ram Chander who is father of petitioners had left for heavenly abode and is no more alive. In these circumstances, an entry be made as "dead" in the array of parties in respect of opposite party no.6.

It is informed that opposite party no.6 (father of petitioners) in whose favour the Director of Education passed an order dated 28.2.1998 for payment of family pension, had already expired, as indicated above, on 5.3.2015. Petitioners,namely, Smt. Bhuvnesh Kumar, Smt.Gayatri Devi and Smt. Lalnesh Kumar got married during the pendency of the writ petition and as such now only Km.Kamlesh Kumari is entitled for family pension.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instructions with regard to payment of Family Pension to Km. Kamlesh Kumari.
