Petitioner, the manager of CMM Higher Secondary School, has submitted Ext.P2 application, pursuant to Ext.P1 notification, before the 2nd respondent in connection with sanctioning of additional batches for Commerce with subject combination code 39. The said application is pending consideration by the 1st and 2nd respondents and the petitioner apprehends that a decision in the matter is likely to be taken on 07.05.2014. Under these circumstances, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to consider Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner while taking a decision on the sanctioning of additional batches to Higher Secondary Schools.
