JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider and provide information on the petitioner's RTI application dated 21.09.2013 within stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the information sought for by the petitioner was provided by the respondents and therefore, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
