JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner had undertaken the work for improvements to Thrissur-Shornur road. According to the petitioner, he has completed the work on 13.02.2014. The petitioner has approached this Court on account of the non-disbursement of the amount due for the work under the contract. 2. The petitioner has approached the Government by Ext.P3 representation raising his grievance for non- disbursement of payment. It seems that on account of the some vigilance enquiry, payment has not been effected. The petitioner submitted that, there is no vigilance enquiry pending against him.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am of the view that Ext.P3 shall be considered by the 1st respondent, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner W.P.(C) No.25727 of 2014 2 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
