JUDGMENT / ORDER

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2013, on merits.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the wife of the writ petitioner late Tmt.M.Thirumathal was working as Sweeper in Tamil Nadu Electricity Board and passed away on 09.04.2013. However, the terminal and other retiral benefits due to the deceased employee have not been settled in favour of the writ petitioner. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 15.07.2013, and the same is yet to be considered.
3.Thus, without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, the first is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 15.07.2013, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation along with the order passed today (07.11.2017), in this Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
