This Contempt of Court case has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the direction given by this Court vide judgment dated 13.01.2014 in the writ petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the direction has been complied with.

3. In view of the submission made as above, this Court finds that no further orders are called for in this case and it is closed.
