JUDGMENT / ORDER

As the Advocates are abstaining from judicial work, heard the learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
By means of interim order dated 29.6.1992 the operation of the order dated 30th May 1992 as well as order for cancellation of regularisation was stayed.
It appears that due to efflux of time the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
Accordingly writ petition is dismissed as infurctuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
