Petitioner is permitted to implead the Gram Shiksha Samiti through its Chairman, Gram Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Dighari (Manda), Block Handia, District Allahabad as respondent no.6 during the course of the day.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Claim of the petitioner for being appointed as Shiksha Mitra and for being sent for training can be more appropriately examined by the District Magistrate, Allahabad at the first instance.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of by providing that the petitioner may make a representation, ventilating her grievances, supported by such documents, as may be advised, before the District Magistrate, within two weeks from today, along with a certified copy of this order. On such representation being made, the District Magistrate shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned speaking order, preferably within four weeks from the date the representation is filed after affording opportunity of hearing to respondent no.6.
