Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 02965/2018 (Computer Case No. T201802030902965/2018), Km. Shikha Vs. Guru Prasad, under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the court of Tehsildar, Koraon, Tehsil- Koraon, District-Prayagraj, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No. 02965/2018 (Computer Case No. T201802030902965/2018), Km. Shikha Vs. Guru Prasad, under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the court of Tehsildar, Koraon, Tehsil-Koraon, District-Prayagraj shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
