Heard Sri Ashish Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mithlesh Kumar, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of case crime no.105 of 2019, under Sections 147, 406, 323, 504, 506, 354-B, IPC, Police Station Baradari, District Bareilly.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is the first informant of the above mentioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the above mentioned case, the same may be raised before respondent nos.2 and 3, who shall look into the matter so that fair investigation of the above mentioned case may be ensured within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
It is further directed that the concerned S.P./S.S.P. shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedily without any undue delay.
It is made clear that in case there is some interim order from the court of competent jurisdiction, the same shall be kept in mind while investigating the matter.
With the above direction this petition is finally disposed of.
