Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Submission is that applicant is a lady. She is implicated as a counter blast and has been charge sheeted for offences under Sections 352, 504, 506 I.P.C.
Issue notice to opposite party no.2 returnable at an early date.
Counter affidavit may be filed within three weeks from the date of receipt of notice. Learned A.G.A. shall file counter affidavit within four weeks from today. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks thereafter.
List immediately on expiry of the aforesaid period.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings in criminal case no.326 of 2010 G.S. Srivastava Vs. Smt. Haseen Fatima and others under Sections 352, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Karari, District Kaushambi, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate/ Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kaushambi, shall remain stayed.
