1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ravi Prakash Pandey appearing for the respondents No. 3 and 4.
2. It appears that the petitioners are daughters of one Mohan Lal who was working in Nagar Nigam Allahabad and went missing on 09.12.1997. Treating him to be dead the petitioners' mother Smt. Vimla Devi was given compassionate appointment as Safaikarmi on 12.03.2015. However, the mother of the petitioner is not looking after the petitioners. The petitioners are representing for giving family pension and other retiral dues to them as they are daughters of the deceased employee.
3. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to make their representation to the respondents No. 3 and 4 with regard to their grievance as raised in this writ petition. In case such representation is made along with a copy of this order, the respondent No. 3 shall call for a report from the respondent No. 4 and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months. The respondents No. 3 and 4 before taking any decision in the matter shall also hear Smt. Vimla Devi, the mother of petitioners.
4. The writ petition is disposed of.
