Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to correct the memo of writ petition and order dated 6.8.2014 by deleting the word Singh from the name of petitioner No. 1 Km. Seema Singh. According to the school certificate the name of Km. Seema is mentioned in the order dated 6.8.2014 and it has been mentioned that she shall be produced before the court concerned. There is no need to permit the petitioner to delete the name of the petitioner No. 1. Such prayer is refused.
Accordingly this application is rejected.
