Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
In para 5 of the compliance affidavit, filed by learned AGA, it has been categorically stated that corpus-petitioner has not been illegally detained by respondent no.4 (her father) and she is staying with him on her own free will and consent without any coercion.
In view of the above averment made in para 5 of the compliance affidavit, this habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed.
