Prayer for bail is made on behalf of appellants.
Learned counsel for the appellants states that during the trial the accused persons were on bail.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that simple injuries were caused to the injured - Ranveer. No supplementary report regarding the gravity of injuries was produced. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that a case under Section 376 of I.P.C was also got registered by Km. Sadhna against Ranbeer and that case is at the stage of hearing. Just to pressurize, this false case has been instituted.
On the other hand learned counsel for the complainant argued that as per the opinion of doctor injuries were grievous in nature and threatening to life. Four persons armed with heavy cutting weapons caused the injuries to the Ranbeer.
Seen the injury report I find that various injuries are muscles deep. Injury nos. 1, 2, 3 and 5 were kept under observation, but no supplementary report seems to have been filed in support of that, so as to ascertain whether injuries were actually grievous or not.
Seeing the facts and circumstance let the applicants - Km. Sadhna @ Gudia, Balveer and Rajendra involved in Session Trial No. 996 of 2012 (State Versus Balveer Singh & others) arising out of Case Crime No. 52 of 2012, under Sections 307 / 34, 504, 506 I.P.C, Police Station - Jahangirabad, District - Bulandshahr, be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two local sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
