Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned FIR dated 11.05.2017 (Annexure No. 1) registered as case crime no. 24 of 2017, U/s 498A, 323, 377, 504, 506 I.P.C. and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S.: Mahila Thana, District Etah."
Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet bearing no. 17/2017 dated 17.11.2017, has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy, if they so desire and are advised, for appropriate relief.
